The steel profiles of Industera are manufactured with high quality standards at the Akkon Çelik Çerkezköy Plant in compliance with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 standards and used profiles comply with the EN 1090-2 standard and have the CE marking. Steel construction is formed with the following sub-components:

Mainframe: C and/or Sigma profiles

Purlin and cincture: C, Z, Sigma profiles

Materials: S235, S350 (in compliance with standard EN 10346)

Galvanized Coating: 275 grf/m² (G90) (ASTM A653)

Joints: Dip Galvanized coating. (in compliance with standard EN ISO 1461)

Diagonals: Rod diagonals galvanized by the electrogalvanizing method are used.

Steel construction consists of main light gauge steel frames, diagonal elements, purlin and cincture. You can acquire our economic structures from 8m to 25m without any columns and with height of 2.5 to 12 m, roof slope of 20% in accordance with your needs.

If you wish, you can easily bring these structures side by side with the practical detailed solutions provided by Industera.

All of the steel and joint materials used at Industera are produced under high quality standards and with CE marking by means of automated roll-form machines and are delivered to you after passing a quality control procedure.

275 gr/m² (G90) galvanized coating is applied to all steel sheet materials, thus preventing any kinds of aggressive environmental conditions and ensuring that our products serve you for a long period of time.

MAINFRAME: Formed by means of columns and roof beams manufactured by bringing together all details of cold-formed C and/or Sigma profiles with precise solutions.

Roof beam can be either one-sided or two-sided, depending on your preference. The roof slope in all types of structures is 20%.

Frame gaps: Varies between 6m~25 m and is designed by ensuring the most economic solution.

Frame separation: Despite having a maximum value of 5m, a special solution can be designed only for frame separation required for the gate.

Structure Height: Between 2.5 and 12 m.

ROOF AND FACADE ELEMENTS: All connecting elements are cold-formed from C, Z and Sigma profiles with detailed designs. Purlins used in the roof are designed with the account of vertical load and snow load, whereas cinctures used in facades are designed with the account of vertical load and wind load.

MATERIALS: Production is performed with the use of steel sheet materials complying with the EN 10346 standard. S350 material is used for the mainframe. All sheets used in production are tested in our own laboratories and each sheet is used after comparing the test results with the values in the mill test certificate of the sheet and after receiving the verification of Quality Control and Laboratory Officer.

GALVANIZED COATING: 275 gr/m² galvanized sheet materials are used, thus not requiring maintenance even in aggressive environmental conditions.

JOINTS: Connection elements are hot dip galvanized with minimum value of 350 gr/m² as per the EN ISO 1461 standard.

CROSS BEAMS: Rods manufactured with the A1040 quality material are used.
