All rights of the Website with domain name www.industera.com (hereinafter - Website) belong to Akşanera Endüstriyel Yapı Çözümleri Pazarlama A.Ş. (Akşanera Industrial Structure Solutions Marketing Inc.) (hereinafter - Akşanera). Industera will not disclose any personal information provided by the users of the Website in an electronic environment to third parties for any reasons other than those indicated in contracts entered into with members and customers or in this Confidentiality Policy.

As per the Law No. 5651, being an entity that provides and operates a system to harbour services and contents, Industera detects and uses users' IP addresses when necessary, in order to identify possible failures in the system and to resolve possible issues with the Website. IP addresses can also be used to generally identify the users and in order to gather extended demographic information.

Members are required to provide certain personal information and visuals (name, surname, e-mail, mobile phone, address) to Industera in order to complete their Member Profiles created at the Website, as well as to fill out various forms and polls on the Website. All information entered into the system by the Customer is accessible only by the Customer and can be modified only by the Customer. It is not possible for any other person to access and modify such information.

Information collected from Industera's computers is used only within Industera and for the purposes of periodic campaign activities, preparation of special promotion activities directed to the customers' profiles and for "classification" of customers in order to prevent sending of unwanted e-mails. In the event that a customer wishes not to be notified of the subject matter advertisements, they can stop such activity or cancel their membership at any time by sending a message to info@industera.com. Personal information can be used to contact a user when necessary. Information requested by Industera or information provided by the user or information related to operations performed at the Website can be used by Industera and other persons it cooperates with for the purposes of various statistical assessments, creation of databases and performing market research, even if such is outside the scope and intention set forth in agreements concluded by Industera and its customers, provided that the user's identity is not revealed.

Industera can provide links to other sites within its Website. Industera is not liable for confidentiality policies or contents of sites accessed by means of provided links. Industera will not disclose user information to companies it is not in cooperation with or to third parties unless otherwise provided in this Confidentiality Policy and following limited situations. Execution and application of the provisions of contracts entered into members and customers by Industera; c. Provision of information in order to protect the rights and safety of users. Industera commits to keep all personal information strictly private and confidential, accept it as a liability to keep secrecy and ensure and sustain confidentiality, prevent all or any portion of confidential information from becoming publicly accessible, prevent unauthorized use and employ all measures and diligence to prevent disclosure of third parties. Industera shall not be liable in the event that confidential information is damaged or accessed by third parties as a result of attacks directed to the Website or the system despite the fact that Industera takes necessary informational safety measures.

Industera can acquire information about users and about their use of the Website by means of a technical protocol file (Cookie).
