When we look at the modern life, we can see cold-shaped steel profiles everywhere. Nowadays, the use of these profiles is propagating throughout a wide range of areas and use in structure designs increases with every day.

Sheets of 0.25 mm - 3 mm thickness, hot galvanized at 275 gr/m² with dimensions suitable for the respective project are formed in their own machines (roll forming machine) at Akkon Çelik Çerkezköy Plant as an industrial product and after being coded are used for manufacturing Industera's steel constructions and connection elements.

Monitoring is carried out starting from the supply of sheets and throughout all stages of production and all stages are recorded in order to ensure overall quality.

Sheet materials and raw materials to be used in production are subjected to material acceptance criteria prior to production at each stage to ensure quality and only materials complying with technical criteria are used for manufacture and assembly. Sheet material and screw acceptance tests are performed at our own laboratories for these purposes.

All manufactured materials are assigned a barcode and recorded, bundles with various masses are formed in accordance with the types of materials and prepared for shipping.
